KCCME (Knanaya Catholic Congress Middle East) is a lay organization of the Archeparchy of Kottayam. The major objective of KCCME is to promote Knanaya customs and traditions along with the Archeparchy of Kottayam. It was formed as an independent coordination body for Middle East Knanaya Kudumbayogams.
