KCC UAE – Journey through history
In the late 1980s, Knanayites arrived in various parts of the UAE. However, they formed family gatherings in Abu Dhabi in 1990, Dubai in 1991, and Sharjah in the 1996. The UAE Coordination Committee was formed in 1998 to unify and bring these units together under one umbrella, designed to preserve our centuries-old heritage for future generations Mr. Abraham Naduvathara was elected as the first Chief-Coordinator of the Committee, consisting of a President, a Secretary and two Coordinators from each unit.
